 By making a purchase from our website you are considered a business customer and agree with the following:

1. RETURNS & CANCELLATIONS

1a. Order Cancellations

 If you need to cancel your order please contact us in writing within 24 hours of receipt of your order confirmation e-mail failure to do so we will not be liable to refund shipping costs as your order may have already been dispatched. The return would also be at your own expense. See below for further return terms & conditions.

1b. Returns

Due to the nature of our products we cannot accept any returns on opened or otherwise used items due to contamination unless the product is genuinely faulty and a thorough investigation will be undertaken. Any return is completely to our discretion. If you return an entire 'Free Shipping' order (whereby no shipping was charged) we reserve the right to charge the cost of shipping the items to you and will deduct that cost from your refund. It is recommended you return using a signed for service and pack the goods securely as you are also responsible for any loss or damage the return post may incur. Your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 3 to 5 working days. Please note that refunds exclude any delivery charges. You will be responsible for shipping costs for returning your product(s). 

1c. Exchanges

We only replace items that are defective or damaged, we will ask for proof of images to support your claim. If you need to exchange a product for the same, send us an email at info@alipzabalms.com and we will send you a replacement. If you do wish to return your products please contact us via the email provided above and we will be more than happy to assist. However, shipping charges are still non-refundable, and extra shipping will need to be paid for if required.

2. Order Discrepancies

Any discrepancies/ errors in your order need to be reported to us within 5 working days of receiving your order, otherwise regrettably we cannot offer any reimbursements or adjustments to your order.

3. Payment Security

You can pay for your purchases securely and easily online. You have the option to checkout as a Guest or register an individual customer account with us. We accept all major credit cards through our secure payment processing partners PayPal and Google Checkout. You do not have to have an account with either merchants to do this, but with Google Checkout you will need to set one up at the time of purchase; however it's quick and easy to do.

4. Terms of Delivery

All deliveries are made via third parties and are subject to their terms and conditions. Despite our best efforts to get your order to you as quickly as possible we are not able to guarantee levels of delivery service and timescales for delivery. If you do not receive your order within the timeframe stated in the Shipping Policy please contact us. Delays do not often occur but when they do, they are outside of the control of Alipza Balms so therefore we cannot be held accountable, we will always try our utmost to assist you and ensure you have a positive customer journey but our liability ends there and does not extend to any consequential loss as a result of delayed delivery.

4a. Lost or Damaged Goods

In the unlikely event that your product is damaged in transit, please contact us in writing or by email (info@alipzabalms.com) within 5 working days of receipt. Proof of purchase and a photo of the damage would be needed to validate your claim. Depending on the circumstance we may ask for the product to be returned to us for further investigation. We can only replace or refund the goods if the items are signed for as 'damaged'. In the case of a delay of delivery, please wait for 14 working days from the date of your dispatch email and 28 working days for orders outside the UK. We cannot be held responsible for a delay in transit, and your order won't be replaced until after the complete time has passed i.e. 14 working days OR when Royal Mail considers the parcel lost. Ensure you provide the correct details at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for lost parcels which have incorrect addresses provided by the customer.  If you opt to choose a safe place for delivery, you are responsible for its safety. If the tracking shows delivery to your safe place, we are not responsible for any loss or theft resulting from this.

5. Product Information

Important: All the information provided on this website should be considered as general guidance only. Our products are sold as is and we do not make any claims regarding the conduct and use of the products. We share generic facts and details of ingredients used but again this should be taken as guidance only. The use of our products is outside our control, we have no bearing, representation or warranty, including damage or injury. Furthermore, nothing contained herein should be considered as a recommendation by Alipza Balms as to the fitness for any use. The user of the products is solely responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations applying to how the products are used.

5a. Customer Complaints

In the event where you are dissatisfied or have an allergy to any of our products we advise to discontinue use immediately. Please contact us via email at info@alipzabalms.com alongside proof of purchase and details of the product used. Proof of purchase is required - in ALL cases. We will assist further and send any necessary documentation if/when required regarding allergens.

5b. Product Availability

We endeavour to display products on our website which are in stock. However, all products and services are subject to availability. In the rare occurrence if your order cannot be fulfilled you will be informed as soon as possible and offered an appropriate alternative.
